In addition to his professional and philanthropic pursuits, Pastor Felix Oni is actively involved in the Leadership of the young adults and youth arm of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, one of the largest Christian Pentecostal ministries globally. He serves as the Pastor in Charge of Province for RCCG Youth Province 14, Lekki, Lagos, where he oversees over 50 Young Adult and Youth Parishes. His spiritual leadership has been instrumental in guiding and nurturing the spiritual growth of countless individuals, especially the youth, instilling in them values of integrity, responsibility, and community service.

Under Pastor Felix Oni's leadership, the Province has experienced remarkable growth and abundant grace. One of his primary objectives is to foster the development of capacity among youth leaders and pastors, ensuring holistic growth both spiritually and in their secular endeavors.

The province, through its various parishes, has made a significant impact on several host communities with its Christian Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. These initiatives exemplify the church's role as an extension of Christ's loving arm, reaching out to the helpless and offering hope to the hopeless. The province's efforts have empowered many individuals through initiatives such as providing food, medical interventions, scholarships, and procuring and distributing educational resources, among other contributions.

Notable among these initiatives is the Christ Care Project, which gave medical cover to people with medical emergencies and HMO to families that cannot afford medical bills. The project was further expanded to give support to families who needed accommodation but couldn’t afford to pay their rent.
